About Me

“Now you are deep in what seems to me a peculiarly selfless service. The spiritual training of children must be that You work for the years you will not see. You work for the Invisible all the time, but you work for the Eternal. So it is all worthwhile.” – Amy Carmichael (link here)

Hello, my friend!

Welcome to my little space of the internet! I am so glad that you are here and cannot wait to get to know you better. My name is Hannah Logan, and you are currently visiting My Happy Homeschooling 🙂

Have you ever felt lost and overwhelmed in your homeschooling journey? Maybe you are behind in the curriculum and plan you have for this year, or maybe you would like to find a new homeschooling method or curriculum altogether. I am here to help you with your homeschooling endeavors. My goal is to provide you with practical resources and support as you effectively prepare your children to follow their dreams and, more importantly, God’s will for their lives.

This is my husband Benjamin and I

To give a little bit of my backstory, I am the oldest of six children who were all homeschooled for our entire grade school years. I graduated high school in May of 2016 then started my college degree through Arizona State University’s online program later that fall. Doing school online worked for me since I had been homeschooled for so many years and was used to being self-motivated. After four years of much effort and energy, I graduated with a 4.17 GPA from ASU with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a minor in Business. Classes for my degree and minor included topics such as Brief Calculus, Business Writing, and Social Processes in Organizations.

My time at ASU taught me more than what was included in the courses’ content, however. It taught me what it mean to write effectively in a university atmosphere. I learned how to meet the requirements given by my professors, and how to excel within those requirements. In short, after my experience at university, I believe that homeschooling can more than adequately prepare students for college!

With all of that said, as I worked through my degree, I also had the privilege of helping with my brothers’ schooling and teaching fiddle lessons to students over FaceTime. Each of these experiences helped lead me to starting this site where I hope to help homeschoolers, like yourself, find resources that will help them prepare for whatever God has for them in the years ahead.
