Hello, sweet friends!

Hope you are all doing well 🙂 It has been a hot minute since I posted last. To be honest, I was not planning to take such a long break from posting, but we had some unexpected things come up. By the time this is published, I will be more that 12 weeks pregnant with our first baby, and it has been an adventure so far. The first trimester has been filled with all kinds of excitement and changes. I have been very tired and somewhat nauseated at times, but overall, it’s been pretty smooth.

That said, I am really hoping to get back into the swing of things with posting and such. I am really hoping get some fun holiday season content out in advance of those holidays. With that in mind, I will be putting out some fun Thanksgiving content and then hopefully some Christmas posts, as well.

This post is for thanksgiving charcuterie board ideas. So, to start out, charcuterie boards make the perfect appetizer to a big meal. They are usually just a combination of a variety of flavors including savory meats, slices of cheese, fresh fruits, different sauces, something sweet, and maybe some fresh herbs, if you’d like. Those these snack boards are not necessarily the main course, but its a great way to incorporate foods that likely require zero cooking in a super convenient way.

I have been doing a bunch of scoping to find some of the cutest and best charcuterie board ideas to add to your thanksgiving dinner plans. Many of these boards have a variety of meats and both soft cheeses and hard cheeses. That said, I have included a few dessert board ideas, as well. I will say, when it come to the best charcuterie boards, I do not think there is a right or wrong way to do them, necessarily. You can make really simple things look so pretty on a wood board. That said, there are some fun ideas we can do to really take our fall charcuterie board up a notch.

Without further adieu, here is a collection of beautiful charcuterie board ideas 🙂

Traditional Charcuterie Boards

I love how creative this charcuterie board is especially with the homemade cornucopia! From what I can tell, you really do not need any special equipment to make it either which is always a plus. I feel like you could use this cornucopia in a traditional charcuterie board or even in a more specific kind of fall board like a dessert board or fresh fruits board.

This Thanksgiving board has so much food that looks delicious! I may not think that kids would love this board as much, but there are still foods on it that they would probably like. Whether they want a sweet treat or some fall fruit, this particular board has several options. Additionally, if you are looking for some more “fancy” and unique items, I would definitely try looking at Trader Joe.

I’m always up for color coordinated food collections. I love that this board has several different kinds of items, as well. Though I would still consider this charcuterie platter “traditional” since it has hard cheese and soft cheese along with fruit, nuts, and sauces, there are also some unique items which makes it fun.

I really liked several things about this board. The leaf shaped tortilla chips are so cute. I loved they way they “decorated” the cheese in the middle with the jelly and seeds. The apple slices are a nice fall touch. Additionally, I saw those maple leaf cookies on several boards. Lastly, I thought the pistachios along with the straw sprigs were really creative.
