Hello, everyone!

Hope you all are having such a lovely week so far 🙂 As I am writing this post, it is a rainy day over here in Alabama. This week for us is kind of the “calm before the storm” when it comes to all the summer busyness. I think we have five different graduation parties/ceremonies to attend, one wedding, a VBS at our church, a family camp, and several other different events or gatherings to attend. On top of that, we are also moving to our new house in just a few weeks which I am so very excited about. It has been a dream of ours for over two years, and it has been so precious to see the dream coming to life.

All of that had nothing to do with the post today (lol), but it is a little life update in case you were interested 😉 All that said, today, we are going to be taking a look at four different free printable worksheets that you can use with your kindergarten students along with younger preschool students, as well. I am really hoping that these letter g tracing pages will be helpful to you with your own children as you try to teach them proper letter formation, fine motor skills, letter recognition, and their general writing skills. As I slowly release this complete set of kids worksheets that focus mainly on alphabet tracing, I would recommend buying a three-ring binder for these printable pdfs so that you can keep them all in one place. Additionally, it would also be ideal to laminate these practice sheets so that your littles can use them over and over again.

Without further adieu, here are the free printable letter g tracing worksheets 🙂 You can either click each of these download links and print your worksheets, or you can click the pictures of the individual worksheets below for your free download.

The four different pages all have different difficulty levels. The first page is simply the uppercase letter “G” combined with the lowercase letter “g” made with dotted lines that your child can trace. The second page has only traceable uppercase G’s and the lowercase letter g’s. Next, the third page has the uppercase letter g with two lines to copy down the letter without as much guidance and two more lines for the lowercase g. Lastly, the final page has letter g words including the words “fish,” “flower,” “firetruck,” and “fox” with dotted lines that young children can use to trace. On that page, there are only lowercase letters in the words, and I think it can be a great way to introduce other small letters and letter sounds.

All four of these pages are in a pdf format and are completely free to you! I sincerely hope they are helpful to you and your littles 🙂

There you have it! In this post, I have provided you with four different alphabet tracing worksheets that I hope will be helpful to you. As I said before, let me know if you would like to have the entire alphabet in “tracing letter worksheets” that you can use with your kindergarten kiddos. As the weeks go by, I am trying to pull together a collection that will include four different pages for every letter of the alphabet. It is a somewhat time-consuming process, but I am excited to see it come together! That said, whether you are using these letter recognition worksheets to teach one young learner or several, I hope that these free letter g tracing worksheets will help with their letter identification along with their general letter knowledge.

If you are looking for more printable pages that help with learning alphabet letters, I did want to include a link here to my Etsy shop where you can find an entire activity pack filled with alphabet worksheets that includes pages for every letter of the alphabet to help your young learners with their alphabet practice. I hope it proves to be helpful to you!

Did you decide to use any of these printable letter g worksheets?

Would it be helpful if I made more worksheets like these for each of the other letters of the alphabet?
