“Spring is the time of plans and projects.” – Leo Tolstoy (link HERE)
Spring is probably one of my favorite seasons, though each season is my new favorite by the time it rolls around again. There is just something so beautiful about all the sweet new beginnings spring brings each year. I’m very excited about starting a garden this year and watching it grow. In addition to that, I’m excited to replace all of my winter decor with some fresh and bright flowers.
With all of that said, spring can be a busy time for homeschoolers. After taking a good amount of time off of school during the holidays, it can be hard to get back into a routine and rhythm at the beginning of the year. Hopefully you are feeling over that slump a little at this point, but it’s okay to take it one day at a time.
As the weather warms up, it can be nice to take advantage of the sunshine and start going outside more. Oftentimes, you can even take the schoolwork outside and enjoy the sunshine or get everything done early so that your littles can play outdoors after being cooped up most of the winter. Nonetheless, since spring is also often filled with many rainy days, I thought I’d pull together a collection of free, printable spring coloring pages that you can look through and print for your littles on days such as those 🙂
