Playdough has been around for a very long time. When I was a kid, my mom sometimes made it from scratch for us to play with, and we had so much fun with it. That said, a while back, I discovered that many people will actually put together Playdough trays for their littles and even create these Playdough mats for them to use creatively. To create a Playdough mat, you would simply print out the mat you want to use and laminate it so that you can use it again and again.
