Hello, friends!

It is hard to believe that Valentine’s Day is only about a month away! Time is hurrying on. As I mentioned in a previous post, I think it is so important and sweet to make Valentine’s Day special for kids of all ages. It is a day of love, and it can be lots of fun to add simple and easy little reminders into the days of your kids to remind them just how much they are loved. Eleanor Roosevelt once said,

“The giving of love is an education in itself.”

I really love that. Love is not a feeling, though it come with a “feeling” for many. As we celebrate Valentine’s Day, I think it is important to focus on how precious love is and and how God is love. Without God, love does not exist. Through so many little ways, we can show love to those around us, and I think there is something so special about showing that love to our kids. Whether you are looking for ways to teach them to show love to others or you simply want them to feel loved and cherished, Valentine’s Day can be a great opportunity to do just that.

Make Valentine’s Day Special for Your Kids

With the “little things” in mind, I know it can be hard to find non-candy valentines to give to your kids, and I wanted to provide you with a free printable valentine maze that you can use as a fun activity that doesn’t include candy around the holiday.

Though I normally sell my printables on Etsy, I do want to provide free printables, as well.

Near the bottom of this post, you will find a link to a free printable maze in the form of a pdf file that you are more than welcome to enjoy for personal use. Even though it is free, I do ask that you not share it personally or on social media without attribution, and that you do not sell it, which probably goes without saying.

I did put together a Valentine’s Day maze collection for my Etsy shop that includes 6 different mazes (available in two different sizes) along with 5 Valentine’s Day coloring pages. It is available over at My Happy Printable Shop for $4.79. Click HERE to check it out!

Those are the 6 mazes that are available in the bundle on Etsy, and here are the coloring pages that come with the collection along with the alternate size of the mazes in case you do not want to print all six full-page mazes.

Since these pages include two mazes per page, I would encourage you to use scissors or a paper cutter to cut the page in half. With that said, you could definitely just keep the two mazes on one page and solve them that way.

I love coloring pages, and it’s been so fun to start designing them, myself. I usually try to make the coloring page collections that work for kids of different ages. The little hearts page in this collection are so cute and perfect for younger children, while the “give the gift of love” page and even the cupcake page are great for older kids, as well.

Again, this entire collection is available on my Etsy shop for $4.79. It was so fun to create these printables, and I hope that you enjoy using them with your family.

With all that said, I did want to give you part of the bundle for free so that you can enjoy it without any investment. As I mentioned, it is a PDF file, and all you need to do is click it and print it. Feel free to print it from your home or even find a print shop near you that will allow you to print from a link.

This fun maze prompts you to “get the love letter to the mailbox.” This maze is pretty simple, but I would definitely recommend it for younger children since it provides a great way for them to really think and work their fine motor skills 🙂

I’m really hoping to get some more Valentine’s Day printables up in my shop with lots of different designs and activity pages over the next several weeks. There are so many creative ways to celebrate holidays, and I think that printable mazes or even other printables can provide a fun way to do just that as you make precious memories with your kids.
